The UK supports Ukraine joining NATO on a flexible basis. According to The Guardian,
British Secretary James Claverley said so.
He also stated that London supported Kiev's request not to adopt all parts of the coalition's action plan.
"We can all see Ukraine growing, very fast. Jens Stoltenberg said at an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers that many provisions of the membership program are being effectively used," Cleverly said .
