Saudi Arabia has introduced a new visa called the "Investment Visa", designed for businessmen who wish to explore investment opportunities in the kingdom. The visa was established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance.

To apply for a tourist visa, businesses can use the International Database, which offers a simple electronic procedure to make the process easier. Once the application is submitted, it will be processed and the visa issued immediately. Approved passports will be emailed to investors.

Initially, e-visa services will be offered to foreign investors in the first phase, with plans to include other countries in later phases.

This is in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to position the Kingdom as an economic and competitive powerhouse.
